Hi I paid the invoice I received yesterday but at the end of the payment process my Bank ID didn't work. But the amount of money is reduced from my account. I want to be sure if it's paid or not?

Thanks for your message.

It may take 2-3 banking days before we can see your payment. Once we have registered this, you can log in to my pages and review your invoices. There it says whether your invoice has been paid or not.
